It is recommended that you review the Pre-Purchase FAQ's prior to submitting a new pre-purchase request. If you have questions not covered in these FAQ's, please feel free to submit a request below.   • Technical Theme Support

    Please note that we only provide theme support for active Press75.com customers. If you did not purchase a theme or theme package from Press75.com, you are not eligible to receive support. It is strongly recommended that you review our Knowledge Base & FAQ in detail prior to submitting a support request.

  • If you purchased a theme from WordPress.com, you will need to use the WordPress.com Support Forums to receive support.

  • If you purchased or downloaded one of our themes from any site other than Press75, you are not eligible for support of any kind.

    Please note that support requests are checked 3 times per day, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) and will be replied to in the order received.

    If you purchased a theme or theme package and didn't receive the confirmation email with your account information and download link, just click submit below and we will re-send your info.

  • I Need an Invoice for My Purchase

    If the standard purchase receipt isn't good enough for your records and you need an official invoice, just use the form below to submit an invoice request. Include the name and address you would like to be displayed on the invoice.

    We make upgrades easy... just tell us which theme or theme package you purchased as well as which package you would like to upgrade to. After you do, we'll send you a custom purchase link you can use to upgrade your purchase.

  • Refund Request

    Since Press75.com is offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer refunds for any theme purchase unless a specific agreement was made prior to purchase or if you will absolutely not be able to use the theme you purchased for a specific and valid reason (e.g. some sort of incompatibility). Refund requests will only be accepted within 14 days of your purchase. Also, processing fees will be deducted from the total cost.

  • WordPress.com theme sales are not processed by Press75.com and are not eligible for refunds of any kind. Please note that we (Press75.com) have no authority in this matter since WordPress.com theme sales are managed by WordPress (Automattic).
